K-12 Alternative Learning Program Mission Statement: The mission of the Ellensburg School District, K-12 Alternative Learning Program, is to enable all students to find success through alternative pathways.
"Discovery" is the Ellensburg School District Alternative Middle School program serving grades 7 and 8 and is located on the CWU campus in Black Hall, Rm. 122.
The goal of Discovery is to provide students who are experiencing a lack of academic or behavioral success in the traditional school setting, an opportunity to develop appropriate learning and behavioral skills. All Discovery students will develop skills for lifelong learning through positive interactions in an environment that is safe, secure, and supportive.
